Refund Policy


Refunds are not usually accepted. Please contact us if you have any issues with your product, as we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Anyhow, we have a 30-day maximum return policy, which means you have 30 days to return an item after receiving it.
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label. We'll also send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping across the US will cost 18$ and will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

Upon receiving your package, a refund will be issued.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over 50$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


EcoLogical Method does not accept returns because we factor the environment into every decision we make - it's an integral part of our mission - and online retail returns are incredibly harmful to the environment.
As a result of reverse logistics (or returns) in the United States, 5 billion pounds of landfill waste is generated each year. During the return process, trucks burn approximately 1.6 billion gallons of diesel fuel, resulting in 15 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions. A total of $380 billion in goods were returned in 2017, representing 11.3% of all purchases.
We think the culture of "shopping online in excess because returns are free" is the real problem here, and that we should only buy things we have thoroughly researched.
The advice we offer? Be an informed online shopper.
All of our products are thoroughly researched and vetted to ensure that our community receives the highest quality and most sustainable products on the market. Even so, we urge you to research purchases before making them, avoid impulse buys, and (simply put) don’t buy what you don’t need.

Damages and issues
