Order Confirmation

Shipping

Once your payment information has been verified, orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS. Most orders ship within 3 weeks and you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If shipment of your order is delayed for any reason, you will be notified immediately via email and given a revised ship date.

Normally, when you are buying items from somewhere local and prices are much higher, it's because there are so many levels of shipping and storage and handling between the item's manufacturer and the retailer.

By cutting out all the middle and processing your items directly from the manufacturer, your shipping times are a little longer, but your prices are much lower.

While our intent is to reduce waste and the use of non-biodegradable plastics with the products we offer, you may find that some product packaging or shipping packaging may occasionally contain some plastic material.

We are working with our suppliers to reduce their use of plastic even further over time. It is a journey and every improvement makes a difference. You can rest assured that your purchase and decision to "go green" is still making a positive impact on our environment.
