How does the shipping work?
EcoLogical Method partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order will be shipped from global areas via our partnership with the delivery company.

Since we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking)  :)
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We want to make it easier for you to reduce your waste, no matter where you are!
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once your order is placed, our team will hand pick and pack it for you. We aim to mail your package the same day your order was placed. Your package will be in transit according to your location.  All orders should be received within 3-4 weeks.

 What do I do if my package is delayed?
Please confirm if your shipping address is correct and contact us with your order number so we can help!
Can I combine the two orders into one shipment?
 Please contact us to request that we combine your orders and we will do our best to accommodate! Please include both order numbers.
The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?
If you're buying from outside the US, your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Can I change my address after I place an order?
Please contact us with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate it if the order has not been shipped.
What if my Package is lost?
We’ll do everything we can to track down your package! Check with your neighbors before you email us, and we’ll follow up with the shipping carrier to see what went amiss.   We consider a lost package to have not been delivered within 30 business days after the package was shipped. EcoLogical Method is not liable for any packages lost by the Postal Service, or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item if the item has been shipped as Priority Mail. If the claim is not approved by the carrier, the product will not be replaced. Please confirm if your shipping address is correct and contact us with your order number so we can help.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you have any issues with your product, please contact us as we address exceptions on a case-by-case basis
Why doesn't EcoLogical Method accept returns?
 One of the most common questions we receive is, “why don’t you accept returns?” The answer? We factor the environment into every business decision we make at EcoLogical Method - it’s a part of our core mission - and online retail returns are incredibly harmful to the environment. Here's why: Reverse logistics (or returns) generate 5 billion pounds of landfill waste per year in the U.S. During the return process, trucks burn roughly 1.6 billion gallons of diesel fuel, resulting in 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions. In 2017, 11.3 percent of all purchases were returned, amounting to $380 billion worth of goods. We believe that the “shop online in excess because returns are free” culture is the real issue here and that we should only buy what we have really researched. Our advice? Learn to be a smarter online shopper. We research and heavily vet all of our products to ensure that our community is receiving only the best and most sustainable products currently available. Even so, we urge you to research purchases before making them, avoid impulse buys, and (simply put) don’t buy what you don’t need. We value you tremendously and hope that, together, we can all work towards consuming less and purchasing more mindfully.
What is your cancelation policy?
 We are unable to process a cancelation once an order has been placed and payment has been received. It is within our mission at EcoLogical Method to encourage mindful consumerism for a healthier world and happier life.
